AI consulting & build studio — Belgium

AI that pays for itself.

Oxelis finds where the real return is hiding in your business, builds the solution, and trains your team to run with it. Not a slide deck that lands in a drawer — working software with numbers behind it.

The starting point

Most companies bleed time on manual work and disconnected tools — and miss the opportunities, because they're stuck running the day-to-day.

Oxelis steps in, finds where time and money are leaking, and fixes it with the right mix of AI, automation and small custom software. It's AI consulting — but it's also the actual building. And not just AI: the automation around it too.

Then Oxelis keeps measuring whether it works. A solution only counts as delivered once the numbers confirm it.

The approach

Three steps, from idea to outcome

Every engagement follows the same logic: think first, then build, then make sure your team can run with it on their own. Each step also works standalone — a Quick Scan, a focused build, or a tailored workshop.

Pillar one

Research & analysis

First, work out whether a tool actually earns its keep. I map your processes, find where time or money is leaking, and rank the ideas that are worth building — with an estimated ROI per opportunity. So you never invest in something that isn't worth it.

Outcome A prioritised shortlist with the math behind it.
02/03
Pillar two

Build

Then I build the solution. AI integrations, automations (n8n, Make, Zapier) or small custom software like dashboards, portals and internal tools. Working software — documented, deployed, ready to use. Not a prototype that stalls.

Outcome A working solution running in production.

Pillar three

Enablement

Finally, I train your team so they can run the solution themselves and get the most out of it. Hands-on workshops on AI tools, automation and prompting — always tailored to your specific stack and goals.

Outcome A team that owns it from day one.

Not sure if AI is worth it for you? Start with an AI Quick Scan — a short, no-commitment engagement that surfaces the opportunities before anything gets built.

Why Oxelis

One partner. No loose ends.

What sets Oxelis apart from a classic consultancy or a freelance developer.

i.

End-to-end

Advice, build and measurement from the same person. No handoffs between vendors, no finger-pointing when something breaks — one point of contact, start to finish.

ii.

Measurement, by default

Every engagement starts with a baseline and ends with numbers. "It feels better" isn't a delivery — "4 hours a week saved, here's the data" is.

iii.

Pragmatic stack

The right tool for the job: Lovable, n8n, Claude Code, custom code. No single favourite hammer applied to every problem — the solution that fits.

iv.

Plain language

No consultancy jargon. I explain what I'm doing, why, and what it returns — in plain language. You always know where your budget is going.

Behind Oxelis

Hi, I'm Maximilien

Oxelis isn't an agency with layers between you and the work — it's me. I do the analysis, I do the building, and I stay involved until the result is on the board.

I'm a founder and builder based in Sint-Katelijne-Waver. Alongside client engagements I build my own products — like Calyxo — and share weekly on LinkedIn what I'm learning about AI and automation.

What I believe in: concrete solutions over concepts, numbers over promises, and the right tool over the popular one.
